I hate it when a book has the prettiest cover and the plot is the most boring thing to exist. I was so ready for this!! Steampunk inspired?? Let's go!! But unfortunately, the story just wasn't the greatest. The characters, story, and descriptions were often flat and boring and left much to be desired. I was pulled out of the story so much by simply trying to force myself to imagine this world.
