Once Upon a River by Diane Setterfield
5.0
Intriguing, richly-told story.
A mystery, a folklore tale. The Thames is both the setting and an analogy of the way the story is told - different tributaries coming together -at times gentle and meandering and at times dramatic and twisting.
I really enjoyed it and didn't want to put it down.
