This series just keeps getting better and better! I really can't say that I love one book over another because all three, so far, compliment each other so well. I love how they all intertwine and the characters are so great together. I like Cress. She's different. A little naive but intelligent and genuine. Her story with Captain Thorne will be fun to follow. There's a lot going on in this book as the characters get separated from each other. Cinder plays a big part in the book as she slowly formulates a plan to take back her throne. We also see the introduction of Princess Winter. This girl is strange and I can't help but wonder if it's all an act. We'll see in the next book. Cress did end on suspenseful note, leaving us hanging on quite a ledge.
