While this book took me a while to start, I couldn't put it down as I got near the end. I felt for Anne as she realized herself and the feelings of those around her,. I loved that Austen really explores the lives of her characters, not just their romantic ones, and gives depth that is so lacking in a lot of literature. The fact that she drew attention to the lack of female authors at the time was so incredible - I yelled. Overall, a wonderful classical novel.
