This is such a hard book for me to rate. I really did enjoy the writing style, which I don't think is for everyone. My favorite part of the book was when you still didn't really understand what was happening and what was going to unfold, so it was mostly just descriptions of the house. Not the kind of book I think is for everyone, it's for a particular type of reader. I found the ending to be somewhat lackluster, and maybe that's because it's so short. I did enjoy it, I was just hoping for more given all the hype I've seen
