Actually didn’t finish the book the first time I picked it up so I started over and read it again over a few days. I think it gets a bit too melodramatic at times despite starting off strong. The ending picks it back up for a bit but I have mixed feelings about the epilogue’s effect on the lingering feeling the last chapter leaves you with. I think it’s worth reading if you’re into unearthing secrets but not so much for characters you’ll grow to love.
