please. all rising action up to the last 50 pages, of which maybe 10 in total are climactic. we don't even get to full-on see the white worm. there's a reveal of sorts surrounding the worm, in which we learn who it is, but we never get to see any sort of transformation or even conflict/combat with it. there's 2 little chase scenes and that's IT for interaction with the worm. also the ending is the absolute silliest thing i've ever read.
