A Radical Guide for Women with ADHD: Embrace Neurodiversity, Live Boldly, and Break Through Barriers by Michelle Frank, Sari Solden

inspiring
I'm not sure what rating I want to give this book. As someone recently diagnosed at age 29, this was a great starter book. It helped me sort through a lot of limiting beliefs I've placed on myself and was motivating. However, it was a lot more like a motivational speech/self-help workbook than an informative one, so keep that in mind.
