I don’t typically read romantic comedies and if you had asked me in 2020 if I would ever read a pandemic meet-cute I would have said absolutely not. But here we are.
The main character can be frustrating because she often gets in her own way and the male character can sometimes feel a little *too* perfect. But overall I thought this was a thoroughly readable and satisfying love story. I especially liked the behind the scenes bits about comedy sketch writing and the political work dynamics of an SNL-type show.
