What Lies Between Us by John Marrs

dark tense medium-paced

5.0

*stares at the wall *

What a wild ride! The tension and horror and anger mixed with the feelings of being both a mother and a daughter; I truly am having a hard time explaining all the feelings.

Untrustworthy narrators, multiple timelines, dark themes, and dysfunction; they’re all here.

I was hooked through this entire book.  I saw a couple twists coming, but they were so well done I didn’t care.
