Clockwork Prince by Cassandra Clare
5.0
Clockwork Prince is so great because Tess is no longer new to the Institute and the world of Shadowhunting. Sure, there is still a lot she doesn't know, but she's part of the family now and it just clicks so well. Jem and Will are well...Jem and Will. There is a bit of a love triangle going on here and normally I would turn my nose up at that. But for some reason, I'm totally engrossed in it this time around and totally heartbroken at recent turn of events. We'll see what goes down in Clockwork Princess. I love how much more developed the characters feel this time around. The clockwork mechanisms make an appearance in this book and the results are just about catastrophic. I would love to dive deeper into the world of the Shadowhunters. I will for sure be reading more of this series.
