This book was just so sweet and bingeable, what's not to love? I will say it might be a little over the top with how sweet the ending was, but that feels like such a petty complaint. Cassie and the rookie are such well developed characters, with understandable motivations. The obstacles felt real, and there was *NO* miscommunication trope. Beautiful.
I'm officially a Katherine Center fan, and I can't wait to read more of her work.
