Third Girl by Agatha Christie
3.0
pretty good!! i’d give it a 3.8/5 because while i didn’t enjoy the ending reveal, i looooved the way the first part of the book was written. maybe it’s because i find ariadne oliver’s character so intriguing, or maybe it’s because it was a 3rd person pov with a slightly comedic writing style. i always appreciate the romance finales, even though they all seem to be last-minute (e.g., like “hey gurl why don’t WE get married?”). but that might just be how it was back then idk! overall, it was a pretty solid read with an non-confusing ending (though it may not have been my favorite). slay!
