I loved this book just as much as the first - sequels can be hit or miss but this one was perfect! Ernest is such a great character; he’s funny, smart and so realistic. The way the author writes from his perspective is amazing and I love how the lines between reality and fiction are blurred by the ‘memoir’ style. It was quite fast paced and really engaging to read - I flew through it because I was hooked on the story. The plot and the murders were interesting and had some good plot twists. The journey to figuring out the killer was a lot of fun despite the body count. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this book - it was everything a quirky mystery should be. The epilogue however did almost give me a heart attack. I cannot wait to read whatever this author publishes next!
