While this is a stand alone I highly suggest reading Nero first.
First of all, this would have been a five star but I just felt like I expected more from King. I don’t know why, from Nero he just seemed so much more Alpha than I read him as in this book.
With that being said, it speaks a lot about myself as I say the scene with Pony calls to me. From waking Savannah to her leaving with Rocco.
