ALC review: for my review of the book content see below. For the audio book, there was something about it that didn’t scratch my brain right. I was much more invested when I read it rather than listen. I enjoyed the narrators for Fox and Morgan, but there was something about the Nathan narrator my brain didn’t appreciate. And Nathan has the most POV chapters.
Was there crack in this book??
No notes. The only thing I didn’t like is that it ended.
I adore Nathan. Such a puppy. Very curious and naive. I know they were trying real hard to make him a wolf. Maybe by the end he was- he definitely started as a puppy tho.
The caretaking vibes on Fox were perfect. And I want to be Morgan. I love the fact that she’s the OG logger in this situation. Bad ass babe in the male dominated field. Though, after a conversation with a female relative in forestry it sounds like this might be changing.
And this book is book is a 5 alarm
