God. Out of all of Sanderson’s works, mistborn is the worst when it comes to the buildup to the sanderlanche. The first 80% had a couple defining moments but is very average/3 out of 5 star feeling. The last hundred pages does so much heavy lifting that makes me cry and gasp in enough moments it makes it an overall excellent experience.
