OH OKAY. this was magical, adventurous, whimsical, beautiful, and lovely. a story that explores the gravity of choices and having to live with them, to decide whether to go on while carrying regrets or letting them go. i absolutely adored the writing - the different worlds and mythological elements were described vividly, the imagery was stunning. i fell in love with the characters of this book, how their flaws made them perfect to keep that emotional depth within a fast paced plot. also the unexpected romance in this plot? ate it up. incredible!!!!!
