This is my second time though this book (original review below) and I loved it! I don't know why I found it so boring last time; I was enthralled from start to finish with the world and characters Tolkien created.

The writing was gorgeous, perhaps I just don't take to fantasy stories but I found this really hard to follow and quite dry in bits. Of course it was much better than the movie with the walking ;)
