This book had so much potential. But it just lacked in so many areas. I think this is another book that was just marketed into the wrong category and was a let down when it didn't fit the expectations given for it. This is not a fantasy romance book. I have loved books like this before when I knew what it was going in. There is no romance in this book. There just isn't. This should be marketed towards middle school aged children as a fantasy book.
