When You Give a Lawyer a Kiss by Ann Einerson

4.0

𝙒𝙝𝙚𝙣 𝙔𝙤𝙪 𝙂𝙞𝙫𝙚 𝙖 𝙇𝙖𝙬𝙮𝙚𝙧 𝙖 𝙆𝙞𝙨𝙨 transports readers out of the quaint town of Aspen Grove and into a prestigious law firm in New York, where Ann Einerson has paired a tootsie roll MMC with a fiesty red headed aspiring lawyer, forging the perfect recipe for an office romance.

Packing enough heat to keep us warm during the approaching winter months, readers will find no shortage of spicy open door content while maintaining balance with the plot of this novella.

Dawson Tate will undoubtedly find his way into your heart with his protective nature and desire to take care of those around him while Reeces character creates a familiarity that I think many can connect with as she navigates the many uncertainties in her life.

While, perhaps an unpopular opinion, I enjoy a 3rd act shakeup that packs a punch, and while WYGALAK unfortunately just missed the mark for me in that regard, I truly enjoyed these characters, their backstories and their adorable meet cute.

Fans of the Aspen Grove series can be assured that there is need to worry about missing the Stafford family as Einerson has sprinkled just enough crossover moments throughout to hold you over until Harrisons story, If You Give a CEO a Chance, releases on Jan 24, 2025.

This is the perfect option for readers who enjoy books by authors Meghan Quinm & Abby Jimenez or who are seeking a standalone romance.

Thank you again to author Ann Einerson for providing me with an ARC in exchange for my honest review.
