Hey did you want to read a book about imperialism and queerness and identity? Of course you did. Read this one. It’s about imperialism and queerness and identity and the importance of accounting and food in waging a war.

It is not a particularly lighthearted book, although some of Baru’s actions made me maliciously happy. It will tear out your heart and beat it up recreationally.

Have fun.
