This book is so captivating right from the very beginning. It waas so close to being a five star read for me. Not since Circe by Madeline Miller has the Greek Pantheon of Gods felt so real to me. The concept of hunting Gods to steal their immortality was well thought out and developed. I didn't really believe the romance between Lore and Caster- it just didn't make sense that the feelings were requited.

I can say that I did not see the twist with Athena coming. I didnt understand fully how the Agon was concluded either.
