The Year of Less: How I Stopped Shopping, Gave Away My Belongings, and Discovered Life Is Worth More Than Anything You Can Buy in a Store by Cait Flanders

reflective medium-paced

3.0

This is honestly more of a personal memoir than a guidebook. I can't really fault the author for my thinking that it would be the latter. It's a light breezy read that has some tidbits on consumerism, personal finance, shopping bans and even alcohol dependency/consumption, told through the lens of the author's personal experience. Still glad I read it!
