It's just not my type of book. When it comes to books I don't like many real world events being mentioned as I use reading as an escape so when they mentioned some of the real world things like the pandemic, I knew I probably just couldn't continue. I really did wish to give a better chance but I just couldn't do it. I was bored. It's just not the book for me. Maybe I'll give it a chance in the future but for now I just can't do it.
