Thoughts: 4AM follows weekly submissions from the Ask Shameless listeners on dating, friendship, and self-development. I absolutely love the Shameless podcast, so it is no surprise that I loved this book. I read it and listened to bits of it on Spotify on my way to work. I feel it has made me a more knowledgeable person, and I really loved how the girls responded to each column submission from their own experience and so respectfully. I highly recommend this book.
