I bought this book in October when it released. I was excited to add this to my December TBR, but as a non-Jewish person I double checked to make sure the writer was Jewish. I wanted to make sure I read something that was stereotype-free. Unfortunately, after reading other reviews on StoryGraph, I have decided not to read this book. Jewish readers have shared that this book is still stereotypical, and includes jokes of genocide. Unfortunately, I cannot return this book anymore. I don’t feel good about giving it away or selling it.
