Grace & Style: The Art of Pretending You Have It by Grace Helbig

3.0

Okay, straight up, I did enjoy this book. Especially whenever the author was being authentic/genuine/honest about her experiences. Those parts held the kind of humor and relatability that used to make youtubers feel like actual friends. Parts were really funny and I enjoyed "The Sweatpants Diaries" waaaay more than I thought I would (I mean, come on, the concept seems kinda dumb, yeah?). But a lot of it wasn't my style of comedy and there really wasn't enough... REAL stuff. I wish there was more ACTUAL advice or personal essays mixed in with the abundance of (sometimes very repetitive) fake advice.
