This book was pretty solid. It was a very insightful work into the male dominated world and how it affects women. It made me realize just how deep the problem is really rooted.
In her book Urbaniak explains how women can get to know their own power and how to handle and control it. This will then enable them to get a better grip in their personal and work life.
I loved the little exercises that were strewn into the book at some points and it showed even me some of my own shortcomings, even though I am not particularly the person this book is aimed at.
Still, some of yhe stuff explained in this book was pretty difficult for me to understand a comprehend. I think that some knowledge beforehand can really help while reading this.
I don't have much else to say about this. I can recommend it if you would like to know more about the topic at hand.
