The Day We Meet Again by Miranda Dickinson

3.0

This was sweet but I suspect ultimately forgettable. Phoebe and Sam meet and fall in love almost instantly when they're both stuck at St Pancras Station due to train delays and promise to meet again after a year spent adventuring apart. Their connection is believable--without it the book wouldn't work--but some of the ensuing ups and downs of their relationship seemed out of character and manufactured just for the sake of stretching the book out longer. Recommended if you're looking for something like One Day in December .
