This was just a fun witchy book! All the characters are great and there’s a lot of magical history to learn about each respective founding family. I also love the competition aspect of the book and although it was all very descriptive, I found some parts of the competition hard to visualize because so much was going on in each scene. Definitely heavier and slightly darker than other romance witch books, but if you like more fantasy than romance I’d recommend it!
