I guess I'm really not the intended audience, age-wise... These books are *really* simple. And why are they so short? Why are they broken up into a gazillion pieces, rather than giving a full arch within one book?

The whole Torrence storyline doesn't do anything for me, either, and I wish that could just go so we can focus on Selena. Doubt that's gonna happen, though :(
