This was great! A trip to Tulum (Mexico) for a destination wedding where the upright bridezilla is Janelle's sister and the groom is her ex. Everyone thinks she must feel awful and awkward but she prompted their breakup and is fine. Who else is fine? The groom's best man Rome, who actually has wanted Janelle since he first met her and disappointingly found out he was his best friend's girl. They decider to hook up in secret for the week before the wedding and then all the things get complicated. A fun friend group that I hope we get more books about, family drama and real conflict, and a couple who just makes sense even though she fights it. Also, I appreciated the fat rep including descriptions of rolls, stretch marks, a woman weighing over 200 pounds and admitting it freely--we need more of that.
