i actually really liked this graphic novel! i think the themes of learning how to find your own agency were done pretty well for a YA book.

I will agree that Freddy is a very messy character (and honestly a bad friend throughout most of the novel), but this is also very much taking the place over like what?? a couple weeks i think? i completely understand why people are frustrated with her, and honestly i would love to see more of this universe and see Freddy make amends with her friends, but it is very clear what this book set out to do, and it did it well.
