Listened via Audible & KU. There are certain authors who write characters that have unexpected family show up & it all be handled in such a caring way. Milo is a fierce & protective dad & Ellis is a guy who had a nasty hand dealt via his ex-boyfriend & seemingly ruined any chance he would ever have at being a father & in a position to care for his family. Anyway, I’m not one to give away spoilers… but I hope you read the descriptions of each book & entertain the idea of giving this author a try.
