Return to Satterthwaite Court is a delightful historical romance featuring an independent FMC, an upstanding and steadfast MMC, rescue dogs, families, mystery and dastardly villains. Mimi Matthews continues to be one of my top favorite romance authors, which is saying a lot as I read very few closed door romances. However, this book, just as her others, has attraction, passion and loads of pining. It’s a gem.
