The Color of Law: A Forgotten History of How Our Government Segregated America by Richard Rothstein

5.0

I have finished another book, and thus, you should all feel that you are falling behind. The Color of Law is an excellent story about the nature of residential segregation in the United States that everyone should read. Rothstein has an approachable writing style that makes an infinitely bristly topic approachable. He's also very clear about where he shares personal opinions or how his thoughts on a subject warrant concessions. It's well worth the time I would otherwise spend reading any other "classic" novel or story.
