Since first discovering this book during a First Chapter Friday exercise with my students, I've wanted to read this book in some way shape or form. I got the chance to read this when two students chose it for their Summer Camp reads. I could not read it fast enough. This is such an amazing read.

The story is incredible and plays out well in the graphic novel form (though I still want to read the actual novel as well. I cannot imagine how wonderfully the visuals were likely described.

Amazing story. Cannot recommend this highly enough to ANYONE and EVERYONE.
