usually rating a book is half the experience of reading the story and half how good i think the story is, and reading this was very disappointing. i couldn’t get into the story or the characters - which are the best part of her trilogy - because of how slow and uninteresting the first half/two thirds was. literally nothing happened !

i wish i could give this a higher rating like the other 2 but it took soooo long for me to get remotely invested in this that there’s no way
