Yeah, no, I'm out. The book is Rin making absolutely terrible decisions, while spitting in the face of those trying to save her from herself. Almost the entire thing is set in a war (my least favorite book setting) with so, so many passages on detailed battle tactics. The enemies to lovers wisp of subplot is the only thing that kept me reading, and it's not enough to get me to read a whole third book.
