I’m honestly devastated that I’ve finished this trilogy. What a beautiful end to the arc.
A sprawling, complex story, with characters I’ve grown to love and care about. This series and it’s characters will stick with me for a long time. Particularly the characters whose actions and sacrifices weren’t noticed by others at the time, but ended up influencing the story tremendously, I feel honesty moved by their actions and want to be better.
Once again, I am just blown away by the sheer brilliance of Sanderson’s writing. I don’t think I’ve ever read another author that has his talent for storytelling and pulling on emotions as he has (or should I say Soothing?). I want to read everything he’s written. Give me books, short stories, and his fucking grocery list. But give me a minute, because I’ll need some time to process this series.
