This was a fast paced and enjoyable read.

The narrator is unlikeable in a way that wasn’t too off putting. 

The book obviously raises important points about racism, cultural appropriation, who gets to tell (and profit) from certain stories, and the group behaviours of people on social media.

Definitely a good book for a book club, I think it’s one that will start a lot of interesting discussions
