For a historical fiction novel, this book had everything I wanted. Romance. Friendship. Family dynamics. Hope. Lovers finding their way back to each other. I laughed. I cried. It was everything I needed during this season of my life. I cannot recommend this novel enough. Do yourself a favor and read or listen to it.
