Solid 3.5 stars. Great world-building of a place besides the Ninth or First Houses. A bit too much jargon, though, that had me scratching my head a few times. Camilla and Palamedes were two of my favorites from Gideon the Ninth, and it was a treat to read something directly relating to them this time.
