*update on 2/14/2022: originially I gave this 4,5 stars but the more I think about it, I think it's a 5 star read for me*

This was fun, fast-paced, full of twists and turns, and absolutely absurd. The main characters are interesting and easy to root for and I'm so glad that it's a series and we will see them again. This book kept me at the edge of my seat.

My minor issues with the book that did not affect my enjoyment are that a lot of convenient and unrealistic things happened, and also, for someone who writes novels that involve crime, Finlay does so many things that anyone would know are a bad idea and may get her caught.
