It is so good on audio, as there are real speech excerpts and - most chilling - the actual calls from passengers/crew inside the hijacked planes trying to get help. There are such a wide swath of perspectives, including senators, presidential aides, kids from the time, survivors, rescuers, etc. It gives such a telling account from the day that you couldn't get from watching the news coverage alone.
