This book was...dark. But written in a way that kept me beyond interested.
The horror of being taken, the "training", the grief, the trauma. It was all so visceral. I will admit the first few chapters were hard-ish for me to read, BECAUSE it was written so well. It was horrific. I was prepared, because I decided to read the TWs for a change. But girls, gays and theys..let me tell you: it was heavy!
