I could’ve easily finished this book in a day. Jo’s inexperience with love, Mal not being hardened by love, and them both already being in therapy allowed their romance to have an open dialogue free of miscommunication. (The email scenes were peak cuteness.) This was a refreshing read that touched on not just love but also mental health. I usually dread reading about medical professionals, but the author did this justice.
