Some parts made me laugh out loud, some parts made me roll my eyes, but overall this was an enjoyable audiobook with a satisfying ending. We read it for library book club. We agreed that the pace and plot picked up halfway through. This has a humorous tone, some implausible situations but also intricate character backgrounds. People come together at the end and help each other. Even though I could nit-pick at some concepts, I liked the overall message of hope. 3.5 stars.
