Ravenous by Sonia Blue
4.0
"You're mine. My sunshine. Forever."
I honestly don't know how I have not found this author before now.
This book was spot on.
The trauma, the past, the triggers.
Just like book 1 I will not be putting much into this review because honestly this series is so worth the time to look it up and go in blind but reading the triggers, cause mind your mental health always!
Oliver & Finn are the broken boys I didn't know would take me for this much of a painful ride.
I mean I hurt with Liam & Owen but that was on a completely different level than this one.
I always love when I can relate to a book and the topics inside if they are a hard issue. This one was especially hard to maneuver but Sonia did a fantastic job of conveying what is happening and also the why.
Everyone goes through what Ollie does and it's never the same for everybody, it's a unique one.
The way that Tennis could be a metaphor for this book wasn't lost on me because you know, back and forth but also having someone with you along the way.
This book was beautifully done.
Was it a hard read, yes it was for me personally but it didn't make me shy away from it but to stay deep in that world.
Sonia has done an incredible job with this series so far and I cannot wait to read more.
